Inventory Forecasting

Use real sales to set a reorder point, place purchase orders on time, and size each run so it sells before it reaches your minimum remaining shelf life.

The capital plan in Phase 1 found your first reorder point from estimates. Once you're selling, real weekly sales replace the estimates, and reordering becomes a routine: know how many weeks of stock you have, know how many weeks the next lot takes to arrive and clear testing, and order before the first number drops below the second.

This module sets a reorder point from your own sales, a weekly check against it, and a run size that fits between your manufacturer's minimum and the most you can sell before each lot reaches your minimum remaining shelf life.
