Review Management
Handle reviews as they arrive, including the ones you are not allowed to remove.
Once traffic arrives, reviews turn up whether you asked for them or not. Some will be unfair, some wrong, and a few will say things that can't legally stay on your page. The urge to make all of them disappear the same way is exactly what the FTC's reviews rule was written to stop.
This module gives you a moderation routine you could show a regulator, a way of responding that doesn't make the page worse, and the ability to recognize the few reviews that aren't a marketing problem at all.
What this module covers
- 1Write the Policy Before You Need It
- 2Run the Policy Over Your Five-Star Reviews
